Go to your profile page / "My Account" > then go to "My Orders", if you want to cancel your order for any reason. You can cancel an order only if it has pending status.

Courier company attempt 2-3 times if you are not available. After that your order is cancelled and returned. In this case you will pay penalty.
However if you want to schedule time with courier company or know when they will deliver, reach us to get their contact details.

In this case you will have to pay the penalty charges. Please note you can be blacklisted for repeating this process.
